Tammy Saavedra is the founder and owner of Ultimate Billing Solutions LLC, a medical billing company specializing in mental health and behavioral health providers in New Mexico.

With hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management, Tammy built this practice to give mental health providers the billing support they deserve — accurate, compliant, and personalized.

I began my career in medical billing and coding over 13 years ago, and it quickly became more than just a job — it became a passion. What started as a role to support healthcare professionals grew into a commitment to precision, compliance, and contributing to the financial health of practices.
